High Line Real Estate was created out of the outrageous Covid market of multiple offers and ridiculousness that ensued with insanely low inventory coupled with very low interest rates. It was in this market where an agent’s integrity (or lack there of) really came through. Tired of the games, being overloaded with volume and metrics, and the inability to get creative due to corporate restraints, I knew there had to be a better way. The idea started forming about creating a brokerage where we can have the time to openly listen to clients’ needs and wants, and customize a plan that best suits their situation instead of a one size fits all mentality. Not only that, but to also support other agents, where new agents are truly mentored and veteran agents are respected and supported. Here at High Line Real Estate, it’s about people, every time.

My love of real estate dates back to my childhood. On road trips, I would pick out floor plan magazines and real estate guides in every city we drove through. After relocating to Colorado from Arizona where I owned my own small business, I knew I wanted to pursue my lifelong passion of real estate. I officially began my real estate career in 2013 and never looked back. My real estate philosophy is all about education and data. I want to empower my clients to make the best decision for their unique situation. I personally have over 160 transactions under my belt and have been involved with hundreds more.
